Sierra Sierra Megan MeganGale was 18 when she was crowned the winner of a modeling contest in Perth. After doing modeling for many years, Gale became famous in 1999, after being cast as part of an advertising campaign from Omnitel later Vodafone Italy. She appeared in their advertising until. Also, she was tapped as a model by the Australian Tourist Commission in 2003 as the 'advertisement face of Australia and Italy'. Gale appeared on the covers of Australian Marie Claire and Grazia. The actress has also been featured in Italian Maxim and Australian InStyle. Gale was included in editorials for Australian Cosmopolitan, Vogue Italia as well as Italian GQ. Gale has worked on runways at Milan Fashion Week for Mariella Marani and Angelo Marani as well as Gianfranco ferre, Genny & Gai Matiolo. Gale is also an avid huge fan of many Australian designers including Colette Dinnigan Kirrily johnston, Lisa Ho and Alex Perry. She served as moderator of the Australian TV awards known as the Logies. In January of 2008, Gale announced her retirement from modeling on runways after 15 years. She also walked down the catwalk for the last time just weeks later at an David Jones winter collection launch in Sydney. Gale returned to the runway in March of 2011 and completed Alex Perry's Melbourne Fashion Festival 2011. Gale celebrated her 10th anniversary in August 2011, which was the longest-held fashion contract for Australia as well as the David Jones department store. Gale was appointed ambassador for L'Oreal Paris the same month. She teamed up with Beyonce Jennifer Lopez Gwen Stefani. Gale has been featured in advertisements for L'Oreal in Australia as well as New Zealand. She also performed in Italy.
